Home Purchase Preparation
Determine Purpose and Budget: Investment, residence, or both, for property types like hotels or apartments.
Application and Due Diligence: Submit an application with a refundable deposit; we conduct property and site inspections.
Contract Signing Preparation
Initial Payment and Documentation: Prepare a down payment (10% of purchase price) and notarized personal documents in Japanese.
Agency Contract: Sign the property purchase agency contract and confirm signing and final payment dates.
Loan Application (If Needed)
Eligibility and Interest Rates: For long-term residents with permanent residency or citizenship, access low-interest loans (0.7%-3.0%).
Payment Requirement: Have income proof ready; otherwise, be prepared for full cash payment without approval.
Completion of Transfer
Deed and Documentation: Within 7-14 days after the transfer, receive the property title deed and other relevant documents by mail.
Closing Day
